What this document is, and who it is for

This document is intended to provide some very basic help in working with Drupal sites. It is aimed at students working with me to create sites using Drupal. I manage the server side issues for the sites (uploading and downloading, major site maintenance, and so on), while students are responsible for planning their sites and using Drupal and other tools to make those plans a reality.

Compared to the documentation at http://drupal.org, this document focuses on mid-range users who must set up and run a site but who have technical support to manage files and server-side operations. Use it as a reference guide, and consult with me when you have questions.
