Hello everyone!
My name is Rano I am third year of BAIJ student. I don’t have large knowledge’s of computer technology, of course I can use such easy sites like www.google.com www.mail.ru www.wikipedia.com , but I want to know more about using internet. Also when I finish course New Information Technologies I find many interesting things in internet world for example: how to create blogs and how it help to contact with different people around the world. I think that course on-line journalism gives me more information about our internet possibilities

My idea is community of people who are fond of different kind of sport. This site will be dedicated to people who want to start some sport and who are already doing some sport professionally or not. This site will describe sport, where can you buy stuff, where can you train, who is training. Also with the help of this site we will be able to organize different kinds of contest and invite sponsors. Improving different kind of sport in Kazakhstan!

I consider this site to be useful in different perspectives:
1. I can analyze the site as a tool for doing public relations. In terms of Public Relations this new tool will help people to communicate with the Prime-minister and ask a question that bothers them or complain about something (the Sauna case in Astana). On the other hand many people already think that this know-how is just a strait copy of what the Russian government did earlier.  read more »

One of my favorite sites or social networks is facebook.com. I should say that it is not the perfect social network to be registered in. But somehow it's the most popular throughout the world.

What I particularly like about facebook is that it evolutioned very naturally almost like a live organism. It was initially created by a Harvard student and was spread only inside Harvard. But then it grew bigger evolving into a social network for Ivy League Universities, then America and then the world.  read more »

As for me i like different types of sites. It depends on what i am going to find or what i want to do. It starts from youtube.com where i can watch all interesting video and till gmail.com where i can check my mail. Also, wikipedia.org and google.com are really help to me in my study. These sources are so useful not just for studying but also for your personal development. As a future journalist (may be :) i like to know daily news. I think that this is one of the best web sites. Sometimes you are not willing to spend money on music or movies. So you are going to this web and get what u want. The best thing of this site is that you get everything fast. People are sharing documents as fast as they can!

In my review assignment I decided to take Last.fm website. This service provides free on-line radio based on your tastes and preferences in music. As it has no any ads during the stream I would also suggest this site to those who are sick of public radio. Music streaming isn’t the best function of Last.fm. What makes it different from other similar services is ‘Scrobbler’ - the software that submits your currently listened tracks (on your PC, iPod or Last.fm software) to server and creates weekly, monthly and yearly statistics.  read more »

i like gmail.com, e-mail. i consider it s very useful and the most covenient
i like it more than mail.ru or yahoo or hotmail.com etc.
it always has a lot of space and you dont have to delete old mails and it never blocks like i used to use other e-mails and i had lots of problems like i didnt get some important mails on time. But gmail is very quick
i also have access from the mobile and it always fast and covenient
i also can keep in touch with my friends who also have gmail because it shows if they are online or not too as well as me  read more »

I find this web-site useful and interesting ar rhe same time.
1) content - on this site i find news about this auto-club, their logo, road, how people can reach them (they meat each Friday), gallery of their fotos, forum, where people can chat or talk abput their car problems, ask quesrions, get answers or usefull info...
2) navigation is very comfortable. Tach person, who even do not know exactly how to use Internet will finf everything, what he need there, because it is easy. Navigation is good.

English-test.net is useful for KIMEP students. There are dictionaries and tests in order to check your Level of English.
Design of site is simple, shows learning environment. Background is blue and white.

Tests consists from three levels:elementary, intermediate and advanced. For me it is really helpful. Sometimes when i have free time i use this site.Moreover, I see my achievements in my English.

One of my favorable website is Encarta. There are several reasons:

1. It has very good content that includes such sections as:
Encyclopedia, Atlas, Dictionary, Quizzes.

2. The main users of this website, from my point of view, is students and pupils because the site can help to find college and graduate schools. It explains how to get different degrees, certificates and diplomas.
